Job description

Principal / Associate Civil Engineer

Bristol

£65k-£70k plus benefits

Are you an experienced Principal/Associate level Civil Engineer?

Are you looking to join a company who invest in their people and encourage solutions that enrich the lives of their customers?

If the answer to both the questions above is YES, then this might be the perfect role for you!

This role is a drainage focused, particularly buildings drainage involving civil and structures coordination. You will need experience of mentoring and resourcing junior team members with a proactive approach, as this will be important in your day to day.

You will be one of the line management to support team members in their career development, so experience in this is required. You will be project leader and manager of project finances, and contractor liaison and management of health and safety. You will have good working knowledge of civil3d for drainage networks, and be professionally qualified or demonstrably working towards professional qualification. Ideally you will have an interest in a variety of sectors supporting NHS, Department for Education and private sector. You will have experience of liaising with authorities and design team members with problem solving approach, and checking / managing quality of outputs.

It would also benefit you to have experience of flood risk assessments, bulk earthworks experience and delivering training to a team.
