Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Significant CRO/academic/pharma experience with leadership in projects.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and delivery skills.
• Solid understanding of GxP and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex scientific projects to meet scientific and commercial goals.
• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and training to the team.
• Ensure experimental design quality and robust method development.
• Maintain GxP compliance and safety across activities.
