Fruition Group is seeking a Principal Consultant - AI Security & Governance to lead AI risk, governance and assurance work for clients in London. You’ll engage at board level, define risk appetite and translate security into practical guardrails for engineers.

The role blends advisory, technical threat modelling and policy design, with opportunities to shape our AI security proposition and employ cutting-edge governance tooling.

Competenze

• Experience across security, risk, data, GRC or a related field.
• Strong consulting background with client-facing experience.
• Experience designing governance frameworks, risk assessments, policies and controls.
• Practical understanding of AI systems security.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs and agentic AI, including RAG, tooling.
• Familiarity with EU AI Act, UK GDPR, DPIAs, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001.
• Experience with regulated organisations.

Mansioni

• Advise boards, audit and risk committees on AI risk and governance.
• Design and implement AI governance frameworks, policies and controls.
• Support clients with EU AI Act, UK GDPR, DPIA, NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001.
• Threat-model GenAI and agentic AI systems.
• Assess risks including prompt injection, data leakage and excessive agency.
• Review AI architectures, guardrails, evaluations and security controls.
• Lead client workshops and contribute to proposals and pre-sales.
• Develop reusable AI governance frameworks, tools and client materials.
