Job summary

Epicor Labs seeks a Principal Software Engineer to design, implement and lead AI-driven enterprise software across ERP platforms. You will own production services, guide architecture, and collaborate with data scientists to turn experimentation into reliable capabilities.

Role is hands-on with strong emphasis on cloud, security, multi-tenancy and scalable interfaces, working closely with architects, product managers and engineers to raise engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise-grade systems.
• Strong design and shipping of production services across stacks (C#/.NET and/or Python).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and security, observability, multi-tenancy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-ready code for AI-enabled ERP components.
• Design and build cloud platform services, APIs, and data layers.
• Provide architectural judgement and governance across teams.
