  • Create and deliver presentations to demonstrate delivered features and explain how they meet client needs
  • Effectively monitor and report Agile metrics against each allocated project
  • Effectively monitor the delivery team compliance with Agile Delivery function standards, intervening as appropriate where improvements are required
  • Actively promote agile methodologies and frameworks as an organisational strength to customers
  • Principal Agile Delivery Consultant/Team Lead - Overall: Provide thought leadership and expertise to develop and drive strategic Agile Delivery initiatives
  • Help to evolve the Agile Delivery function by sharing knowledge and skills and coaching more junior members of the team
  • Improving organisational performance by developing the performance of projects and workgroups to meet agreed objectives with measurable results
  • Work with the Sales function to assist with project scoping/discovery activity and sales meetings to support expansion in existing accounts or new opportunities and help customers understand the value of Agile Delivery
  • Proactively communicates with stakeholders; tailoring communications to the audience
  • Ability to work on multiple projects (client and internal) at the same time, managing own time appropriately, without supervision
  • Proactively manages utilisation of team and strives to achieve the best margin from client projects
