We are proud to announce that Brunel Education has an exciting opportunity for a Principal to oversee the leadership of our SEND Connex provision from January 2026; collaborating with Brunel’s Executive Leadership Team and wider network of Brunel’s Education Professionals and Central Business Support Teams at an exciting and crucial time in the Trust’s journey to success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of talented senior leaders, teachers and wider support team and in doing so, you will foster an environment that encourages growth and development while promoting collaboration and innovation.
We are looking to appoint a creative, ambitious educational leader with a passion for education and SEND combined. You will be an excellent leadership professional, well organised and an effective communicator with experience of quality Headship or demonstrable strong senior leadership, ready for the next step. You will be able to establish and sustain high outcome teaching, nourish your team’s strengths and abilities to ensure the best outcomes for our children and young people (CYP).
