Job summary

Parenta in Princes Risborough seeks a Nursery Apprentice to learn on the job while caring for children aged 0–5. You'll be part of a warm nursery team, earning while you train and working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

You’ll get full training and a dedicated tutor, no college attendance required, and you’ll help with activities, meals, routines, and daily care, gaining real experience and opportunities to progress in childcare.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent), or willingness to complete Functional Skills support alongside the course
• Access to a laptop/computer with internet access
• UK residency for apprenticeship funding eligibility (3 years)

Full Time | Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week with varied shifts from 7:15am to 6:15pm. This can be 4 long shifts if preferred.

Your Role:

As a Nursery Apprentice, you’ll help create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive.

The role is for an Apprenticeship:

• Starting pay: Minimum Wage for Age


• Progression: If aged 19+ and continuing beyond the first year, pay will increase to at least the applicable age related National Minimum Wage from year two. Performance and annual reviews may apply thereafter.
