Job description

NV are looking for a Primavera P6 Implementation expert for one of our London-based customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the implementation process from concept to program launch.
2. Analyze existing processes and make recommendations to optimize solutions based on best practices.
3. Develop and document solution requirements and functional and technical specifications.
4. Manage project deliverables, charters, risks, and issues in accordance with the project scope statement.
5. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their processes, culture, and operational requirements.
6. Lead P6 EPPM implementation efforts, including:
1. Reviewing current documentation and workflows.
2. Conducting team training on P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) capabilities.
3. Defining and documenting future-state business processes.
4. Creating functional requirements supporting business objectives.
5. Developing detailed process documentation and configuration specifications.
6. Configuring P6 or OPC to align with client requirements.
7. Assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training material development.
8. Delivering train-the-trainer sessions to client teams.

Required Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of planning and project management experience across various industries.
2. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6 EEPM or Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) for project and schedule management as well as an application administrator.
3. Proven ability to lead functional and technical consulting teams.
4. Excellent communication and client management skills.
5. PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
6. Experience developing documentation, testing, and training materials.
