Milk Education is seeking passionate Primary Teaching Assistants to support Leeds schools across flexible supply opportunities. You will work with experienced teachers, support pupils one-to-one and in small groups, and help manage a welcoming classroom.

Ideal candidates have a genuine passion for working with children, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding. Roles offer variety and potential long-term placements within our priority partnership schools.

Responsabilités

• Support the teacher in delivering engaging classroom activities.

I am currently recruiting for passionate and reliable Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Leeds. Whether you are looking for flexible day-to-day work, a short-term placement or something longer term, I can help you find a role that fits what you're looking for.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers, gain valuable classroom experience and become a trusted member of the school team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience working with children is desirable
• School or classroom experience is advantageous but not essential
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, enthusiastic and adaptable approach
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils
• Confidence supporting pupils individually and in groups
• Understanding of safeguarding and pupil welfare
• Reliable and professional approach
