Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a Teaching Assistant for a September start at a small village Primary School in Bargoed to support pupils across the primary age range. The role involves assisting with classroom activities and helping learners achieve learning outcomes within a welcoming school community.

You will contribute to a positive, engaging learning environment throughout the school day and build strong relationships with pupils and staff while supporting the school's ethos and expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
• Positive and proactive attitude towards supporting learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
• Patient and caring nature.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities
