Tanners Brook is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our hard-working team, supporting children, including those with high needs, across the primary age range. You will work under the direction of the class teacher and SENDCO, promoting inclusion and helping pupils access the curriculum.

This post is permanent, part time (30 hours per week), term time only, with a salary of £15,576.00–£15,785.00 annually. Safeguarding and equality are integral to our recruitment process.

Formación

• Passionate about working with children
• Willingness to work with children across the primary age range
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Desire to raise standards of attainment and aspiration

Responsabilidades

• Work with the SENDCO and class teachers to raise the learning and attainment across The Early Years, Key Stages 1 and 2
• Promote student independence, self-esteem and social inclusion
• Give support to children, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement
