Primary Teaching Assistant – SEN Support (Start: September 2025)

Location: Solihull

Full-Time | Term-Time Only (8.30am - 3.30pm)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) at our vibrant and inclusive primary school in Solihull, starting in September 2025. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams to empower young learners and ensure every child feels valued and included.

Responsibilities
  • Provide targeted support to children with SEN across EYFS and primary key stages
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups to deliver tailored interventions
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and SENCOs to create inclusive learning experiences
  • Celebrate progress and achievements daily
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience or strong interest in supporting children with SEN
  • A nurturing, resilient, and flexible approach
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit
  • Energy, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed
