Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1, small group, or whole-class basis.
• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Support pupils with additional needs (SEND experience desirable but not essential).
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
• Help create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
