Job summary

Vision for Education are seeking a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to work full-time in a large primary school in Ramsey. The role involves supporting a range of year groups and providing 1-1 assistance to pupils who need extra help.

You will join a warm, forward-thinking school with strong teaching practice where safeguarding is a priority and staff feel supported. Experience with SEND is valued and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Have some experience or working in a school or similar setting in the last 3 years (6 months minimum)
• Hold Level 3 TA Qualification in childcare
• Have some experience of working with children with SEND

Responsibilities

• Support students who require 1-1 and small group support
• Work alongside excellent teaching practitioners to support learners
• Assist in a vibrant year-group environment to help children feel safe and challenged
