  • Supporting children on a 1:1 and small group basis

  • Working hours 8am – 5pm
  • Full time and long term contract
  • Located in the Borough of Kensington & Chelsea

PERSON SPECIFICATION – Primary Teaching Assistant

  • Must have a Degree from a reputable University
  • Strong academics across the board – Degree, A levels and GCSEs
  • Experience in a previous role would be ideal
  • Proactive, reflective and committed
  • Passionate about the potential of every pupil
  • Able to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, pupils and parents
  • Motivated to continually improve standards and achieve excellence
  • Must be able to use your own initiative – in & out of the classroom
  • You must be able to work effectively as part of a large team
