Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months’ experience in a school setting or 6 months in a care setting.
• Experience with children in an educational environment is desirable.
• Willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check and comply with recruitment checks.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.
• Help create a positive, safe learning environment.
• Support pupils with additional needs and behaviour challenges.
• Encourage participation, confidence and academic progress.
• Assist with learning resources and classroom activities.
