Responsibilities

• Support the whole class as needed across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Work 1:1 with a pupil to support learning.
• Help with phonics and reading activities.
• Run small group activities to support learning.
• Support pupils with SEND as appropriate.
• Assist with behaviour management and classroom routines.
