Job summary

CER Education are seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant to work across Milton Keynes schools. You will support pupils with English and Maths, deliver 1:1 and small-group sessions, and help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

This role offers flexible, ongoing placements across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with fully funded CPD and a £250 refer-a-friend bonus. Experience with primary-aged children is desirable, and references will be requested.

Qualifications

• Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable.
• Previous Teaching Assistant or classroom experience is an advantage.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential for all roles.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• A genuine passion for helping children learn and progress.
• Ability to provide suitable references.

CER Education are recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Milton Keynes and the surrounding area.

We have opportunities across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting pupils with their learning, confidence and development. Whether you’re an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to build your classroom experience, we’d love to hear from you.
