Job summary

Appleton Academy in Bradford is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to support teachers, raise pupil progress and foster independence, self-esteem and social inclusion in the primary phase.

You will deliver targeted interventions, contribute to a nurturing and engaging learning environment, and work closely with families and colleagues within the Exceed Academies Trust to raise standards and promote inclusive education.

The successful candidate will support teachers in raising the learning and attainment of pupils, while promoting their independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide high-quality classroom support, deliver targeted interventions and help create a nurturing and engaging learning environment where all children can flourish., Exceed Academies Trust strives to be an employer of choice.
