  • Provide Targeted Support: Adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with SEND, across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work alongside dedicated school staff, sharing insights and contributing to a thriving school community.
  • Bridge the Gap: Provide meaningful feedback to the main teacher, ensuring a smooth transition and consistent student progress.

What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience working with children (experience in a school setting is a plus!).
  • A good understanding of the primary school environment and child development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and nurturing approach.
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to new environments.
  • An Enhanced DBS check (we can help you with this!) and the right to work in the UK.

Why Join Randstad?

  • Competitive Pay: Earn excellent daily rates with opportunities for additional rewards.
  • Diverse Experience: Broaden your horizons by working in a variety of schools, discovering new teaching methods and environments.
