Job summary

Premier Education Ltd is actively recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to support schools across Wigan and surrounding areas. Immediate starts available for day-to-day supply, short-term cover or longer-term roles in EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

We offer flexible placements in trusted partner schools, with options to select preferred areas and a pathway to build relationships with pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• QTS or UK-recognised equivalent required.
• Experience in a primary school setting is essential.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Flexible, reliable and positive approach to teaching.
• Two suitable references are required.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day supply, short-term and longer-term cover in primary schools.
• Manage classes effectively and maintain positive pupil behaviour.
• Adapt to EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as needed.
• Build rapport with staff and pupils and provide consistent teaching.

We're already incredibly busy with Primary bookings across Wigan and we need more teachers to keep up with demand!

Premier Education has built long-standing relationships with primary schools across Wigan, including lovely local schools that have worked with us for a number of years and come back to us regularly for their staffing needs.

We're currently looking for teachers for day-to-day supply, short-term cover and longer-term teaching roles, with opportunities available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Whether you want the flexibility of picking up individual days, a few weeks in one school, or the consistency of a long-term role, we can look for work that suits you.
