Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is recruiting two Primary Teachers to join welcoming Gateshead schools from September 2026. You will plan and deliver lessons aligned to the National Curriculum across EYFS/KS1/KS2, creating an inclusive, positive classroom environment and differentiating for individual needs.

Ideal candidates hold QTS, with recent UK primary teaching experience, strong behaviour management, and commitment to safeguarding.

Two Primary Teachers Required for September

Protocol Education is currently recruiting two enthusiastic and committed Primary Teachers to join welcoming and supportive primary schools in Gateshead from September 2026.

These are fantastic opportunities for teachers looking for a new role within a friendly school environment, with supportive leadership teams and a strong focus on providing high-quality education for every child.

The schools are looking for teachers who can create engaging lessons, build positive relationships and establish a classroom environment where pupils feel confident, motivated and ready to learn.

About the Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Teach across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on experience and school requirements.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of individual pupils.
• Maintain high expectations for learning and behaviour.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress.
• Work closely with Teaching Assistants and other support staff.
• Build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school.
• Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies.
