We are seeking three passionate and dedicated Primary School Teachers to join our vibrant educational community. Duties
· Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
· Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters respect.
· Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing, assignments, and observations.
· Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and behaviour.
· Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
· Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
· Manage classroom behaviour using effective strategies to maintain an orderly learning environment.
Qualifications
· A recognised teaching qualification (, PGCE, QTS) is essential.
· Previous experience in teaching at the primary level is preferred but not mandatory.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
· Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and classroom management.
· A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their academic growth.
