We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 and Stage 2 Teachers for supply and long-term positions in Aylesbury and surrounding areas of Buckinghamshire who can are looking to start immediately.

Teaching Tomorrow have great relationships with schools in the area and would provide full support throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Lessons: Plan and teach engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Assess Progress: Regularly assess and report student progress, adapting teaching as needed.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive learning environment that encourages good behaviour.
• Support Students: Identify and support individual needs to ensure academic growth.
• Engage Parents: Maintain effective communication with parents about student progress.
• Professional Growth: Participate in professional development and contribute to school activities.
• Safeguarding: Ensure student safety by following safeguarding policies.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT newly qualified teachers
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to engage and motivate young learners
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
