Assignments can be on long or short-term with the flexibility for you to manage your own diary/availability.

As we are recruiting for Welsh-medium schools fluency in written and spoken Welsh is essential.

Job Specification .

The ideal candidate will:

  • Teach all areas of The Curriculum for Wales
  • Organise the classroom and learning resources to create a positive teaching environment
  • Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges
  • Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation
  • Meet requirements for the assessment and recording of pupils’ development
  • Stay up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum
  • Liaise with colleagues and working flexibly, particularly within smaller schools
