Qualifications

• Strong classroom management skills with a passionate, patient, and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the Primary National Curriculum.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment where all pupils thrive.
• Assess, track, and provide positive feedback on student progress and developmental milestones.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
• Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and SENCOs to support diverse learning needs.
