Daily Supply Primary Teachers - Surrey - Flexible Work from September 2025

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for local and passionate Primary Teachers across Surrey, seeking flexible daily supply or short-term bookings from September 2025. Whether you're an ECT keen to gain experience across different schools or an experienced teacher looking for flexibility, we can offer you consistent, rewarding work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons based on the absent teacher\'s plans-or create your own if necessary-to ensure continuity of students\' learning.
• Supervise and engage students during lessons, breaks, lunch, detention, and other school routines.
• Manage classroom behaviour, enforce expectations, and uphold the school\'s behaviour policies.
• Take registers, attend assemblies, and undertake other day-to-day duties of the permanent teacher.
• Ensure a safe, secure learning environment and follow school safety protocols (e.g., fire drills, safeguarding).
