Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a Primary Teacher to work across Thurrock and surrounding areas, offering daily supply, short-term and long-term placements with flexible patterns to suit your lifestyle.

You will teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, plan engaging lessons, maintain high expectations, and safeguard pupils. Vision for Education supports you with a dedicated consultant and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 depending on experience.
• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, learning and pupil achievement.
• Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet needs.
• Building relationships with pupils, colleagues and school staff.
• Working with Teaching Assistants and wider school teams.
• Following safeguarding policies and maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across primary key stages.
• Teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as required.
• Create an inclusive, motivating classroom environment.
• Uphold high standards of behaviour and pupil progress.
• Assess and tailor teaching to individual needs.
• Collaborate with school staff and teaching assistants.
• Follow safeguarding policies and school procedures.
