Your MissionAs a Qualified Teacher here, you'll be instrumental in delivering a tailored curriculum designed to meet the unique needs of each student. You'll collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to craft a positive, engaging, and truly individualised learning experience. Your day will involve:
Planning, delivering, and assessing dynamic lessons that captivate and challenge.
Promoting crucial social and emotional development within a supportive framework.
Adapting teaching methods to perfectly match diverse learning styles.
Creating resourceful and engaging learning materials.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience working with children with ASC and/or complex communication needs is highly desirable, though newly qualified teachers with a genuine passion for special education are strongly encouraged to apply.
