Primary Teacher Role in Salford

Are you an ECT looking for your first teaching role after completing your teacher training? Long-term supply teacher roles are a great way to get started. Prospero Teaching is seeking to recruit a Primary Teacher for Year 2 in a welcoming primary school in Salford. Both ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.

This is a class teacher position based in Year 2, starting in September, covering the autumn and spring terms, with the potential to continue for the full school year. As a class teacher, you will be responsible for planning, teaching, and assessment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, possess strong subject knowledge, and have positive behaviour management skills. Building good relationships with children and creating a harmonious classroom environment are essential.

The daily rate depends on experience, ranging from £130 to £230 per day for both ECTs and experienced teachers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Right to Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Professional references covering the last two full years
• Experience working in a UK Primary School
