Q - Are you a teacher looking to join a holistic Primary school as a Primary Teacher / Primary ECT?

If so, we may have the perfect Primary Teacher vacancy for September 2025!

We are working with a three form-entry Primary school in Inner London, Redbridge. The school has been graded as 'Good' since 2015 with outstanding elements, including pupil behaviour. The Primary school is looking for three Primary Teachers / Primary ECTs to join their team in September.

We have worked with the Headteacher for the last three years, so we can confidently say the school is fantastic. Each teacher we have placed there has said there is a real togetherness and clear routes for progression at the Primary school. There is a real emphasis on a holistic learning approach across the school, evident in the curriculum and in conversations with current teachers.

The Primary school is open to interviewing and meeting with any Primary Teachers eager to take on additional responsibilities (and be paid for it!), including roles in Maths, English, Humanities, and Year Group Lead.

The school offers a comprehensive ECT induction program that has fostered several leaders and outstanding teachers. They are keen to take on ECTs with enthusiasm and a desire to excel.
