Primary Teacher / Primary ECT – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Teaching and supporting students across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
• Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons that inspire students to progress and learn
• Supporting children with their literacy, numeracy, and social development
• Monitoring student progress, providing feedback, and adjusting your methods to meet individual needs
• Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation
• Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for every student

Primary Teacher / Primary ECT – What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with QTS, or an ECT with experience teaching in a primary school setting
• A degree in Primary Education or a related field
• A genuine passion for teaching and the desire to inspire students
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner
• A flexible approach to teaching, and the ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners
• A proactive attitude, excited to collaborate with others and continually develop professionally
