4. Flexibility over year groups, EYFS to Year 6
5. Open to Primary ECTs as well as experienced Primary Teachers
6. TLR scope for September, especially for research based projects.
7. Primary ECTs will be paired with an experienced class-teacher as well as an ECT mentor
