Role Overview:

Academics are looking for a dynamic and flexible PPA Cover primary Teacher to work 2 days per week from September until February half term. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across various year groups, ensuring continuity of learning during teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different primary year groups.
* Follow the school’s curriculum and planning, adapting as necessary to meet the needs of all students.
* Maintain a positive learning environment, managing behaviour in accordance with school policies.
* Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a consistent approach to teaching and learning.
* Provide feedback and assessment to support pupil progress.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work across various year groups.
