Role: Primary Teacher (M1-M6)

Salary: MPS1 – MPS6 (Inner London)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our team from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a school that values creativity, innovation, and excellence in teaching.

The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to teach in either EYFS, KS1, or KS2, depending on the needs of the school. Experienced teachers and ECTs (Early Career Teachers) are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupils to thrive.
  • Assess and monitor pupils' progress, providing targeted support and challenge where necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practice.
  • Contribute to the wider school community, including extra-curricular activities and school events.

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or working towards QTS for ECTs).
A passion for high-quality teaching and learning.
Strong understanding of the EYFS, KS1, or KS2 curriculum.
Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.
Ability to differentiate learning and support pupils with diverse needs.
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
