Are you able to differentiate your teaching to create engaging yet challenging lessons that are pitched just at the right level for each individual?

We are looking for a Primary Teacher or ECT for a long-term position beginning in September. This Primary Teacher position requires 5 full days of work every week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Whether you are new to teaching or an experienced teacher, this Primary Teacher role may be ideal for you. There are also opportunities for part-time teaching in other local schools if this interests you!

  • The ability to deliver the National Curriculum across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
  • To develop positive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
  • Provide a safe environment for the pupils, enabling growth in social and learning development.
  • Applicants with experience and ECTs are encouraged to apply.

Your role & responsibilities:

  • Teaching the children in class, ensuring they complete their work.
  • Guiding students through the curriculum, marking work, and setting homework tasks.
  • Managing behaviour and supporting children with SEN.
  • Upholding the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies.
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons.
