Primary Teacher / Lead Practitioner

£306-£336

An inviting and friendly Outer London school are seeking a Lead Practitioner to join their 4-form entry sized school for the new academic year. The position is preferably within Upper Key Stage 2.

From the moment you enter the school Reception you are greeted with both professionalism and a warm hug! Staff really make the school and strive to ensure that everyone feels welcomed and supported at all times.

Led by an inspiring Headteacher with an open-door policy and desire to be present and 'seen' within school, Teachers here are fully supported and are given the autonomy to run their classrooms in the best way possible. Children are kind and respectful. and hail from a multitude of ethnic minority groups and thriving cultures.

The Lead practitioner will:

  • Be class-based for 4 days, and non-class based for 1.
  • Lead a subject
  • Oversee and monitor a year group with regards to teaching standards, quality of childrens books, and curriculum delivery

The school is spiit over 2 floors with 2-3 school halls, ample 'break out' spaces avaialble , and great communal spaces. With excellent links to the central line the ideal Lead Practitioner will thrive in teaching in a diverse and inclusive setting.

Easily accessible from all East London Central line stations.

Requirements

The desired Primary Teacher will have;

  • A resilient and dedicated work ethic
  • The ideal candidate must be adept with the Key Stage 2 Curriculum
  • QTS
