Primary Teacher - responsibilities:

  1. Plan, deliver, and assess creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons for children in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
  2. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages a love of learning.
  3. Support and nurture students' social, emotional, and academic development.
  4. Work closely with colleagues to create an integrated approach to learning, including cross-curricular opportunities.
  5. Regularly assess, track, and report on student progress, offering targeted support where needed.
  6. Build positive relationships with parents and carers, working together to support each child's individual needs.
  7. Contribute to the school's extracurricular activities and events, helping to create a well-rounded educational experience for students.
  8. Uphold the school's values and ethos in all aspects of teaching and interactions with students, staff, and parents.

Primary Teacher - requirements:

  1. UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  2. 2:1 or above in a UK undergraduate degree.
  3. Experience teaching in a primary school setting (ECTs are also welcome to apply).
  4. Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and child development.
  5. A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. A passion for nurturing the academic, social, and emotional development of young learners.
  8. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
  9. A proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude to teaching and school life.
