Contract/Position Details

Location: Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole

Position: Primary School Teacher (KS1)

Type of work: Carry out professional duties, responsible for an assigned class, management of class, ensure the safety and welfare of pupils.

Start Date: ASAP

Rate of pay: £120 - £150 per day (as per assignment)

Hours: 08:30 - 15:30

Experience

Essential:

• Qualified Teacher Status

Desirable:

• Experience of working in Primary School, ideally in KS1
• Experience of inclusive classroom practice
• An understanding of the transition process from Early Years to Key Stage 1
• Previous experience of teaching reading using a range of strategies, including synthetic phonics

• Hold right to work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
