Job summary

Primary Teacher
Primary School Teacher – Knowsley

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Long-term / Temp to Perm

Location: Knowsley

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher for a long-term role starting in January within the Knowsley area. This is a full-time position, suitable for Experienced Teachers or Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are flexible and happy to travel.

The Role:
  • Deliver engaging, accessible, and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with a range of learning needs
  • Promote inclusion, independence, and achievement for all pupils
  • Adapt teaching strategies and resources to support academic progress and emotional wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider support team
  • Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals
Essential Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Recent experience in a primary school setting (SEN experience desirable)
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A creative, flexible, and resilient approach to teaching
  • Experience delivering differentiated lessons
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
