Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for KS1 pupils in line with the National Curriculum

* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports early development in literacy, numeracy, and social skills

* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to support individual needs

* Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil learning and well-being
