Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £150 - £230 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Sheffield. If you have a passion for working with young children and are ready to make a difference, this is the opportunity for you!

As a Primary Teacher, you will help shape young minds every day. You ll work closely with a caring team to guide children in their learning, build their confidence, and support their emotional well-being. Your classroom will be a fun and welcoming space where every child feels happy and ready to learn.

Main Tasks for This Position:

  • Delivering engaging and interactive lessons across all primary year groups.
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom where students feel safe and inspired.
  • Encouraging the academic and social development of each student, helping them achieve their full potential.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and promoting positive relationships.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to ensure the success of all students.

What s Needed for This Role:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • A genuine passion for child development and education.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to engage students of all abilities.
  • An up-to-date CV covering last 10 years with no unexplained gaps.
  • An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
