Job description

We are currently recruiting qualified teachers within the local area for primary schools for daily, short-term, and long-term assignments.

I work with the majority of primary schools across Mickleover. Due to high demand for teaching staff, I am actively recruiting for daily, short-term, and long-term roles to cover when needed.

If you are an experienced EYFS, KS1, or KS2 teacher, I would love to hear from you to discuss how we can support your next role or help you advance your career.

The ideal candidate would have experience and passion for working in primary schools and a commitment to helping and teaching children effectively.

You will need to have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status in Primary Education (NQTs are welcome to apply)
  • A hardworking attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues and pupils
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Experience in a similar role within KS1
  • Checkable work history and good references
  • Passion and dedication for teaching
  • DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • Driving licence is preferred but not essential

Aspire People takes safeguarding and safer recruitment practices seriously. You will be required to attend a face-to-face interview, and we will undertake vetting checks prior to your start. Our process is efficient and designed to not delay your start date.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from instructors, overseas-trained teachers, and qualified teachers. If you have a passion for teaching and inspiring young learners, and can communicate effectively with your consultant, we may have the perfect opportunity for you!

At Aspire People, you will be treated as a person, not just a number. Your consultant will provide personalized support throughout your application process.

We look forward to hearing from you.
