Primary Teacher Job in Clevedon

Your new School

Hays is working with a local primary school in the Clevedon area to help recruit for a Year 1 & 2 teaching job. This job will start in Term 5 and will run into 2025. You will be joining a supportive network of staff at this school and work collaboratively to push children to reach their potential.

Your new role

This role involves taking on full teaching responsibilities for a Year 1 & 2 class, including planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons, and marking work to meet the needs and interests of your pupils. You will need to work closely with other staff members, including teaching assistants, to ensure all children have access to the learning materials. You will also be expected to participate in community extracurricular events and strengthen community relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in securing this position, you must possess recent experience working with children. Subject leadership is desired but not essential. Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). ECTs and NQTs are also welcome to apply.
