Requirements

To be considered for the Year 6 Primary Teacher, you will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status PGCE (QTS), NQTS will be considered.

• The ability to build strong professional relationships with children, creating a nurturing, positive, and engaging learning environment.
• High expectations for children s learning, presentation, and behaviour, promoting a culture of excellence and respect.
• The ability to identify learning gaps and deliver high-quality interventions to ensure every child can reach their full potential.
• A team player who works effectively within a dedicated and supportive team, sharing ideas and best practices.
• A hard-working attitude with a passion for meeting the diverse needs of our children and contributing to their success every day.
• ECT status (or working towards it) with the ambition to grow as an outstanding teacher
