Primary Teacher in Frome - Full Time

Your new School
Hays is working with a local primary school in the Frome area to help recruit for a Year 3 Teaching job. This job will start in Term 5 and run into 2025. You will be joining a supportive network of staff at this school and work collaboratively to push children to reach their potential.

Your new role
This role involves taking on full teaching responsibilities for a Year 3 class, including planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons, and marking work to meet the needs and interests of your pupils. You will work closely with other staff members, including teaching assistants, to ensure all children have access to learning materials. You will also be expected to participate in community extracurricular events and strengthen existing community relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you must have recent experience working with children. Subject leadership experience is preferred but not essential. Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). ECTs and NQTs are also encouraged to apply.
