We\'re Hiring: Primary Teachers Wanted! We are seeking dynamic, compassionate educators with experience in SEN (Special Educational Needs), EAL (English as an Additional Language), or general primary education to inspire children of all abilities.

As a Primary Teacher, you will be at the heart of our school community, working with an enthusiastic team to create an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Your expertise in SEN, EAL, and general classroom management will help adapt lessons to meet diverse needs and ensure all learners reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • SEN Support: Deliver lessons accessible to students with a range of special educational needs using differentiated approaches to support success.
  • EAL Expertise: Support students who speak English as an additional language, helping them develop language skills and integrate them fully into the classroom.
  • General Classroom Teaching: Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects with a balance of creativity, structure, and inclusive practice.
  • Inclusion & Differentiation: Foster an inclusive environment where all students feel valued, supported, and challenged to achieve their best.
  • Collaboration: Work with teaching assistants, parents, and other professionals to develop tailored learning plans, track progress, and provide consistent feedback.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Primary Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Experience working with SEN (e.g., autism, dyslexia, ADHD or other specific needs) to provide individualized support
  • Experience with EAL learners and helping them acquire English language skills
  • Passion for Education and a commitment to children\'s academic, social, and emotional growth
  • Excellent Communication Skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Creative & Adaptable approach to engaging and challenging all learners
