Vision for Education Ltd is recruiting enthusiastic Primary educators to become Guaranteed Pay Scheme Teachers across Northumberland. GPS provides weekly guaranteed work with alignment to your availability, offering financial security while gaining diverse experience across primary year groups.

Successful candidates will have experience with primary-aged children, SEND pupils, and a collaborative approach. This role is temporary, full- or part-time, with contracts aligning to Oct 2026–Jul 2027

Primary Guaranteed Pay Scheme Teachers (Full-time/Part-time, Temporary)

Northumberland

£475 - £667 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

October 2026 - July 2027

The School and Role

Vision is recruiting enthusiastic Primary educators to become Guaranteed Pay Scheme Teachers, to work across a range of schools across Northumberland. The Guaranteed Pay Scheme (GPS) is a great way to work on supply with some financial security. We can guarantee you work each week in exchange for your full availability. The experience you gain working across a range of schools and year groups will be invaluable! We have strong relationships with a variety of schools, meaning there will be a place for everyone.
