Education Supply Pool is a PAYE employer recruiting Student Teachers to begin work in Newport and surrounding areas on a supply basis immediately.

Supply work is ideal for those wanting to experience different schools, maintain flexibility around work, and sharpen skills before pursuing a permanent position.

Holding a valid UK driver’s license would increase opportunities.

The successful candidate:

• Are you on course to obtain QTS, PGCE, or a BA in Education?
• Have a minimum of 3 months of teaching experience within a UK primary or secondary school?
• Can handle challenging behaviour and maintain discipline?
• Can plan innovative and creative lessons aligned with Education and Training standards?
• Can liaise with staff to deliver curriculum?
• Can maintain necessary assessments of pupils?
• Can inspire and motivate pupils?

As a valued member of ESP, you’ll receive:

• A minimum pay rate of at least M1 (Currently £166.33 per day)
• A £125 recommend-a-friend scheme
• A variety of daily, short-term, and long-term positions to suit your needs
• No need for timesheet completion
• Pay via PAYE directly through Education Supply Pool, not an umbrella company
