Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for daily supply across primary schools in and around Swindon, starting 7 September. You will register with Tradewind and gain experience to secure a permanent role.

The role offers a competitive pay rate of 140-160 per day, with full support from a dedicated consultant, and access to CPD resources and flexible assignments near you.

Qualifications

• ECT with QTS eligible to teach in primary schools.
• Experience with daily supply teaching is beneficial.
• Willingness to work across Swindon and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Teach in primary schools in Swindon area on daily supply.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for ECT learners.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.

Job Title: Primary Teacher (ECT)

Pay rate: 140- 160 p/d (6.5hrs)
